01 / A DAY IN BUYING

A day in procurement.
A hundred things to handle.

A request comes in. Now find the right product, check stock and specifications, search suppliers, request quotes, compare terms and get approval.

Then come the order, delivery updates and any issues along the way. Another request arrives before the first one is complete. Every decision still has to balance price, quality, timing and supplier reliability.

Search the market and existing suppliers, check specifications and find who can deliver.

02

Your decisions, in control.

From a purchase request to supplier options, approval and delivery. Built around your rules.

THE WORKFLOW WE’RE BUILDING

03 / THE POSSIBILITY

From the request
to the goods you need.
With more work handled.

Our ambition is an AI buying agent that helps manage the entire purchase: understand the need, search and compare suppliers, seek better terms, prepare approvals, place authorised orders and follow through on delivery. Optional consolidation can bring compatible purchases together when it improves the deal. The aim is to save buyer time and money while getting the right goods, on the right terms, where they are needed.

The pilot will measure time saved, total purchase cost and supplier fit against each buyer’s usual process. The full workflow is our product direction; pilot scope and speed depend on the purchase and supplier responses.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Is AbleBranch available today?+

AbleBranch is in pilot development. We’re inviting businesses to test an agreed scope with us; the full autonomous buying workflow is our product direction.

Do we have to change our systems?+

The pilot starts with an agreed buying need and the information needed to assess it. Connections to accounting, inventory and email tools are part of the roadmap, with requirements explored during onboarding.

Will it order without our permission?+

You retain purchasing authority. Pilot purchases require your approval. Optional automation within limits set by your company is a planned capability.

Is shared buying compulsory?+

No. Consolidation and coordination are optional, and only explored where specifications, timing and terms fit. Each business keeps control of its own purchase.
